This is a unique program that combines coaching and training. It focus on developing Emotional Intelligence skills such as self-awareness, emotional regulation, and conflict resolution among others.
Emotional intelligence (EI or EQ) is increasingly recognized as a vital skill set for personal growth, social interaction, and professional achievement. For neurodivergent individuals—those whose neurological development and functioning differ from what is considered typical—enhancing emotional intelligence can present unique challenges and opportunities. Neurodivergence encompasses a spectrum of conditions such as autism, ADHD, dyslexia, dyspraxia, and others, each with its own nuances affecting communication, emotional regulation, and social engagement.
This Emotional Intelligence Training Programme is thoughtfully designed to recognize, respect, and accommodate the diverse needs of neurodivergent participants. By leveraging strengths-based, trauma-informed, and adaptive teaching strategies, the programme creates an inclusive environment where every individual can build self-awareness, resilience, empathy, and social fluency at their own pace.
